Ever since SoulCycle joined us at LEVEL Furnished Living, our residents have been spinning over these fun and sweaty workouts. Complete with candlelight, choreographed moves to the best music, soulful lessons, and constant motivation from the incredible teachers, this cardio classic offers everything you need at a (very) convenient location.

A workout you can easily squeeze into a lunch hour, PPDTLA offers Lagree Fitness, which specializes in intense, low-impact exercises that are completed in 25 minutes using the Supraformer. Don’t let the shortened class time fool you though; the Supraformer targets every muscle while stimulating your core, endurance, strength, cardio, and balance.
