You will be required to sign the Terms and Conditions and provide a valid ID and credit card for incidentals. Parking stall instructions provided at check-in.

Individuals under the age of 21 are not allowed to check in or occupy a room unless they are accompanied by an adult, whether it be a parent or guardian.

Our suites range anywhere from 475 square feet to over 2,000 and boast fully-equipped kitchens, in-suite washer and dryer and all the essentials to enjoy a space of your own while away from home. We specialize in both nightly and extended stays of 30+ nights. In addition to our portfolio of suites, the Level Penthouse Collection boasts an exceptional offering of sought-after penthouse accommodations in each of the cities we operate.

For nightly stays, reservations must be cancelled or modified 24 hours before a scheduled arrival date, or guests will be charged one night room and tax. 

For extended stays, guests may be liable to pay cancelation charges of up to 100% of the negotiated rent for the balance of the term of the Accommodation Agreement. Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
