A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to the property’s cancellation policy. All bookings are subject to hotel availability.

Guest accepts and assumes all risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, death, property damage, or loss arising from any third-party services offered at Level (“Third-Party Services”), regardless of whether Level hosts, facilitates, advertises, or processes payment for such services. Guest hereby releases and forever discharges Level and its owners, directors, agents, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all claims and liabilities related to Third-Party Services, however caused or sustained, whether contributed to by Level or otherwise.
